Neptune

In mythology, Neptune is “the God of fresh water and the seas”. This planet rules dreams, spirituality, inspiration, fantasies, mystery, illusion and all things magical. It gives a strong, vivid imagination, love of travel (preferably by water) and inspires artistic expressions. Being the God of water it rules all things which are liquid — rain, ice, beverages, alcohol, drugs, etc. It alters reality, breaks limitations, but also clouds our senses and perception of what is real.
